Coming from a family of Italian heritage Paul and twin brothers James and Alec, were brought up to appreciate good food and most importantly, how to cook it! Whether it be the annual sauce and salami making with Nonno, or simply sharing a glass of wine with family and friends, the brothers have always had a passion for Italian food and culture.

Over the past seven years they have brought fresh, authentic and true Italian cuisine and culture to the Gold Coast, importing select products from Italy to ensure this.
